Do my customers have to sign up or pay?
Nope. Folks scan your sticker once and the pass lands in their Apple Wallet. Don't need no app or phone number, and they never pay a dime. Plans are for the business.
Who's the plan for, me or my business?
Your business. The plan belongs to the business, and everybody on your crew works under it. Nobody needs a plan of their own.
Can my crew get in on it?
Yep, on a plan that includes your crew. The plan cards up top say which ones do. Invite up to 5 people per business, counting you, from your business settings, and each one signs in with their own account.
What if I run more than one rig?
Check the plan cards up top. A plan that covers more than one truck, cart or counter comes with room for your crew, too. More rigs need more hands.
How do I change or cancel?
From your business settings, whenever you like. Moving up kicks in right away. Moving down or canceling takes effect when the stretch you've already paid for runs out.
What do I need to get started?
An email address, your business name and a window. Make your account, name your business, pick your plan and stick it up. Nothing to install at the register.
